Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a lead Technical Program Manager to drive the engineering development of new wind turbine programs in Greenville, SC. The role owns schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating with Systems engineers, Product Managers, and Sourcing to deliver world-class wind turbines.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading program management in engineering projects.
• Familiarity with NPIs and complex product development.

Responsibilities

• Own development and update of integrated program schedule and budget from conception through sunset.
• Coordinate deliverables with subsystem managers to elevate visibility of critical paths.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Sourcing, Manufacturing, Projects and Services.
• Facilitate issue resolution with Systems Engineer and Product Manager, incl. contingency plans.
• Escalate risks and drive change management for BOM and product data.
