Job summary

Renewable Concepts in the United States is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to lead wind turbine maintenance on Siemens Gamesa platforms. You will plan daily work, oversee safety, drive productivity, ensure technical quality, and coordinate with customers, site leadership, and project management.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, troubleshooting faults, conducting inspections, verifying testing, and documenting service reports. Willingness to travel 75–100% across U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade education preferred.
• 5+ years of wind turbine maintenance, service, troubleshooting, or repair experience.
• 3+ years hands-on with Siemens Gamesa turbine platforms (SG129, SG145, Siemens 2.3, G87, SGTT).
• Direct experience with Siemens Gamesa platforms including SGRE geared/direct drive technology.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively to wind farm locations in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews in safety-sensitive environments and ensure quality workmanship.
• Plan daily work, safety execution, productivity, and customer coordination.
• Supervise maintenance on Siemens Gamesa platforms and assist when needed.
• Troubleshoot faults across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Verify procedures, perform post-maintenance testing, and document outcomes.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and project communications.
