Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Engineering, STEM, or related field with 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 10 years experience in Controls, Systems, or Services engineering.
• 5 years experience in wind turbine engineering, product design, or technology development.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain Product Level Requirements (PLRs) and System Level Requirements (SLRs) for wind turbine Controls systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deploy turbine Controls parameter sets.
• Lead Controls integration activities for New Product Introductions (NPIs) across development phases.
• Ensure compliance with Controls Lifecycle Management processes and governance requirements.
• Investigate and resolve product and fleet quality issues related to Controls software and system performance.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports, design reviews, and presentations for stakeholders.
