Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Wind Technician with travel responsibilities to support turbine operations and maintenance across North America. You will work with site leadership to fulfill contractual obligations and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in wind tech or electromechanical roles, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel extensively. Per diem, benefits, and relocation considerations are described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years wind technician experience
• Pass technical knowledge assessment
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Work with Resource Managers and Site Leadership to meet contractual obligations
• Assist in site preparation with minimal supervision
• Participate in pre-job meetings addressing schedule, weather, LOTO, hazards
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on wind turbines
• Perform maintenance, repair, or replacement of faulty wind turbine parts
• Document all work using company-provided technology
