Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. is seeking a Wind Technician II for our on-site team in Oklahoma. You will inspect, troubleshoot, install components, and repair wind turbines while reviewing manuals and diagrams to determine tasks and needed parts.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, ability to mentor Tech I’s, and willingness to travel up to 25% for regional maintenance. You will support QA/QC activities and ensure safe operation of high‑voltage equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years wind energy experience or a related technical background.
• AS/2-year degree in electrical or technical field preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled maintenance for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot components and assist with major units.
• Perform voltage/current calculations and document maintenance activities.
• Mentor lower level technicians and support QA/QC activities.
• Maintain records and participate in safety trainings and LOTO procedures.
