Job summary

Enel North America is seeking a skilled Wind Technician III to inspect, troubleshoot, install components, and repair wind turbines and related systems. The role emphasizes returning turbines to service promptly and safely after faults, with mobility to travel as needed.

You will perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance, review schematics, and document all work while adhering to safety protocols and LOTO requirements.Your duties include testing, calibration and ensuring reliable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in wind energy or electrical/technical field.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to use electrical test equipment (DMM, megger) and troubleshoot electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment to maximize generation.
• Install, test, maintain and troubleshoot components; assist with major components as needed.
• Complete calculations of current and voltage when required.
• Initiate reports and records for maintenance and repairs.
• Complete LOTO, JSAs, and job documentation for safe maintenance.
