Job summary

Enel North America seeks a Wind Maintenance Specialist in Oklahoma City to lead advanced maintenance programs and drive technical quality across Enel Green Power North America’s self-performing wind fleet. The role reports to the Manager, Wind Technical Support and involves hands-on leadership, audits, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will provide training, develop maintenance scopes, review reports, and monitor new procedures while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Wind Energy Technology or similar.
• 4 years of wind turbine experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Experience with data mining and data analytics.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to interpret and write technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Advanced Maintenance Program for EGPNA wind fleet.
• Technically lead the Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Provide technical training to site personnel on maintenance activities.
• Review maintenance reports and issue expert recommendations.
• Create scopes of work and review third-party reports.
• Support O&M during construction handover and warranty periods.
• Maintain training certifications and qualifications.
