Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. is seeking a Wind Technician II to inspect, troubleshoot, install components and repair wind turbines at on-site locations. You will review manuals and diagrams to determine tasks, use test equipment, and perform planned maintenance to maximize generation.

You will join an Operations and Maintenance team, complete safety documentation, and support regional wind activities. The role requires climbing turbines, working at heights, and occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year related experience or training.
• Strong electrical theory and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and work on-site at multiple wind sites.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled maintenance for mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment.
• Install, test, maintain and troubleshoot minor components; assist with major components.
• Perform current and voltage calculations and document results.
• Complete LO/TO, JSAs and job-specific safety documentation.
• Support QA/QC activities and regional wind maintenance as needed.
