GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Wind Hub Technician to maintain turbine operations across Texas sites. The role involves daily hands-on work, safety compliance, and warranty repair activities, with coordination to meet contract timelines.

You will collaborate with Site Lead and Manager, perform diagnostics, document findings, and relay information to GE’s remote operations center as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and able to pass a Technical Knowledge Assessment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 100%.
• Minimum 4–6 years wind troubleshooting experience depending on education, with options for higher years or a degree.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and climb towers 300+ feet regularly.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on wind turbines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain turbine operations and safety on site with site leaders.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues on variable pitch/speed turbines.
• Read and explain schematics, drawings, manuals, procedures and regulations.
• Document work using computer-based service reporting.
• Collaborate with GE’s remote operations center when needed.
• Mentor peers and assist manager with site operations and safety.
