Job summary

You will work with the Site Lead and Manager to meet contract requirements, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues, and document work using service reports. This role supports GE's remote operations center as needed and offers relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience as Wind Technician or Wind Mechanic, or Wind Certificate/Associates in Energy, or 2 years electrical work.
• Passing a Technical Knowledge Assessment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with site & hub leadership to execute obligations per customer requirements on a daily basis.
• Perform maintenance, repair or replacement of parts to correct malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems on turbines.
• Assist in all site operations with minimal supervision and safety compliance.
• Perform diagnostic electrical analysis.
• Document all work using service reporting procedures.
• Coordinate with GE remote operations center when needed.
