GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Integration Leader for the Wind Blade Subsystem. You will guide overall integration from architecture to fleet validation, serving as the technical anchor for cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable blade designs.

Partner with blade design, manufacturing, and fleet performance to drive decisions, manage risks, and deliver technically robust solutions aligned with project goals and customer needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in mechanical or structural systems engineering.
• 2 years of wind turbine engineering experience, specifically blade design or subsystem integration.
• 2 years of leading technical workstreams in a matrixed global environment.

Aufgaben

• Technical Integration Execution: Drive the technical execution of wind blade subsystem integration to align with project schedules and business requirements.
• Requirements Management & Flow Down: Translate system architecture into functional design specs and maintain traceability across the lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as integration point across blade design, manufacturing, and turbine systems to resolve bottlenecks.
• Risk & Validation Support: Support blade validation strategies; evaluate decisions with analysis (FEA), testing data, and fleet experience to mitigate risks.
• Operational Excellence: Lead daily management for projects; contribute to root-c cause analyses; drive design documentation and validation reports.
• Technical Liaison: Clearly communicate trade-offs and progress to internal stakeholders; represent blade engineering to customers and external assessors.
• Safety Stewardship: Contribute to zero- incident safety culture in design, testing and manufacturing coordination.
