Job summary

GE Vernova in Greenville, SC seeks a Lead Integration Leader to drive end-to-end wind blade subsystem integration and to shape technical strategy from architecture to fleet validation. You will anchor cross-functional teams, ensuring safe, reliable blade designs that are globally competitive.

You will translate system requirements into design specs, manage risk using analysis and testing, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders with technical precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in mechanical or structural systems engineering.
• 2 years in wind turbine engineering, blade design or subsystem integration.
• 2 years leading technical workstreams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Drive technical integration execution of wind blade subsystems to align with schedules and business needs.
• Translate system architecture into functional designs for engineering teams with traceability.
• Act as integration point across blade design, manufacturing, and turbine systems to remove bottlenecks.
• Support blade validation strategies with analysis, testing, and fleet data to mitigate risks.
• Lead daily management of projects, contribute to root cause analyses, and document design validation.
• Communicate trade-offs and progress to internal stakeholders; represent blade engineering externally.
