The candidate will manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, build executive relationships, and develop GTM strategies to expand market share in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales.
• Proven experience selling technology solutions to banks or financial institutions.
• Experience engaging with senior banking stakeholders (CIO, CTO, VP, Director level).

Aufgaben

• Drive new business acquisition for Wholesale banking solutions across the US market.
• Sell banking technology solutions including payments, cash management, digital banking channels, virtual account management, and working capital solutions.
• Build relationships with C level executives at Tier 1 banks.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, pipeline development, RFP responses, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Develop and execute go to market strategies to drive growth in the banking sector.
• Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline across large banking institutions.
• Collaborate with pre sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams to drive successful deal execution.
• Lead proposal development and RFP responses to increase win probability.
• Provide market insights and client feedback to product and leadership teams.
• Achieve annual revenue and sales targets aligned with company growth plans.
