Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end forecasting, staffing, and schedule generation for enterprise-scale operations in the United States.

You will design and configure WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion), translate business needs into scalable solutions, and partner with product, engineering, and vendors to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

7+ years delivering WFM solutions with forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
Experience with large enterprise WFM platforms and vendor coordination.
Deep experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
Experience partnering with SaaS vendors and working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers and scheduling pain points.
Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to meet business needs.
Configure and customize vendor applications and drive end-to-end delivery of enhancements, defects and releases.
Define reporting, governance and adoption strategies across HR and operations.
