Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Process Engineer for Wet Manufacturing Operations in South Sioux City, NE. The role provides leadership and technical solutions to operations, ensuring safety, quality, cost and delivery goals are met. Relocation support is provided.

You will manage day-to-day production and maintenance, analyze performance data, and lead investigations into incidents, while coaching staff in process design and operational techniques to strengthen the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across functional lines.
• Decision making, planning and time management abilities.
• Experience in wet processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production, maintenance and engineering support to meet customer demand.
• Track daily performance and analyze KPI trends to aid troubleshooting and cost goals.
• Lead investigations related to safety and quality incidents.
• Coordinate training of operations personnel in process design and techniques.
