Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering and 3–8 years of manufacturing experience. Lean Six Sigma is a plus; project management training is a plus.

• Experience executing projects or process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executing projects with budgets up to $10M and coordinating with QC/QA, safety, health and environmental teams.
• Providing technical support on facility safety initiatives during process design or redesign.
• Troubleshooting, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing action plans.
