Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Process Lead to lead and optimize production processes with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage daily operations, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across a multi-shift environment.

You will apply process engineering knowledge to design and optimize workflows, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and environmental standards while coordinating with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a process-related engineering discipline (Chemical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with process troubleshooting, project development, and implementation.
• Experience involving process automation; training or basic knowledge of PLC operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for facility safety initiatives when designing/re-designing processes or equipment.
• Support safety and quality initiatives, including investigations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO and environmental requirements.
• Lead and manage production requirements with direct reports.
• Coordinate training programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor KPI and standard worksheets in the plant.
