• Troubleshoot technical issues and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Qualify processes across multiple tool platforms to increase operational flexibility
• Support new equipment qualification and production ramp activities
• Partner with Operations and Equipment Engineering to resolve manufacturing challenges and meet output targets
• Serve as the subject matter expert for wet etch processes
• Develop process specifications for new technologies and transition qualified processes into production
• Support capital planning including justification and implementation of new process equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to benchmark performance and implement best practices

In this role, you will oversee wet etch process operations, ensure stable and high-quality manufacturing performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is a critical leadership position responsible for sustaining process control, improving yield and quality, supporting capacity expansion, leading process development and technology transfers, and executing cost-reduction strategies.
