Job summary

Meadow Lane Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a Wellness Team Supervisor to oversee daily care staff in assisted living and memory care, ensuring residents receive personalized assistance.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating schedules, monitoring care standards, safety checks, and maintaining documentation; requires CNA with 2+ years or equivalent and 2 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years leadership experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant with at least 2 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to care staff and participate in hiring and discipline.
• Makes daily rounds to ensure care staff perform to standards.
• Verify hours and manage schedules to meet community needs and budget.
• Perform safety and infection control checks and maintain documentation.
