Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee Wellness Center programs in Oakland. The role leads a multidisciplinary team and coordinates with AHF divisions and community partners to maximize HIV testing and prevention service delivery.

The Senior Program Manager will drive site-level PrEP implementation, troubleshoot challenges, analyze data, and produce progress reports to support program goals while aligning with patient-centered care and the foundation's mission.

Responsibilities

• Deliver program oversight for Wellness Center sites to ensure high-quality services.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with other AHF divisions and community partners.
• Drive the implementation and delivery of HIV prevention and PrEP services at the site level.
• Analyze data, prepare progress reports and workplans to support program goals.
