Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation is seeking a Program Manager of Testing Programs to oversee HIV testing and prevention initiatives in the Los Angeles metro area. You will lead a small team, ensure contract deliverables, and coordinate with partners across health departments and community organizations.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality testing and PrEP services while advancing AHF’s mission and core values in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management and public health initiatives.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Experience with HIV testing and prevention services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional program oversight for assigned HIV testing programs in the Los Angeles metro area.
• Support and develop prevention staff and ensure contract deliverables and reporting requirements.
• Oversee delivery of PrEP services within the programs.
• Build relationships with other AHF lines, community partners, and local public health authorities to maximize service reach.
