Job summary

Wellness Equity Alliance is seeking an HIV Street Medicine Program Manager to lead field operations and build a national network of collaborations. The role drives launch execution, partner engagement, and regional development across California and beyond, with frequent travel to field sites.

The position focuses on program operations, data management, budgeting, and grant reporting while maintaining high standards for patient dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, nursing, health administration, or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of experience managing community health programs.
• Proven record of launching new programs or sites and leading them to stable operation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently, including overnight and out-of-state travel.

Responsibilities

• Launch field teams from assessment through steady state with guidance from leadership.
• Build regional and national HIV street medicine collaboratives and governances.
• Coordinate budget, work plans, and program reporting with senior leadership.
• Ensure data collection, QA/QI, and compliance with grant requirements.
