Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking an Activity Coordinator to create a welcoming, engaging environment for our senior members. In partnership with the Center Manager, you will plan and deliver meaningful programming in activity centers and ensure programs uphold safety and high-quality service.

You will lead community engagement, coordinate communications between staff and members, track participation, and report outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality, healthcare, or another high-touch client-services environment.
• Experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
• Creative with activities for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activity programming for senior members.
• Coordinate events and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Center Manager and staff for effective communication.
• Track member engagement and report outcomes to drive improvement.
