Job summary

In partnership with the Center Manager, you will plan and deliver meaningful programming in activity centers, drive member engagement, and ensure safety and HIPAA compliance in all activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality, healthcare, or high-touch client services.
• Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse senior populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all center activities from planning to execution.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety within activities.
• Develop programming to enhance member engagement.
