Job summary

Club Pilates Ocala is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to welcome members, manage inquiries, and guide new clients toward memberships and services. You’ll schedule Intro Classes, handle follow-up outreach, and help grow our Pilates community in a friendly, fast-paced studio environment.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Sales experience or comfort discussing memberships and services.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with phone outreach and follow-up.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping people feel confident.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
• Welcome new clients and schedule Intro Classes for their first studio experience.
• Follow up with leads and guide them toward memberships that fit their goals.
• Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and private training packages.
• Help manage member accounts, including freezes, cancellations, and updates.
• Use our studio software (ClubReady) to track leads, notes, and tasks.
• Make daily follow‑up calls, texts, and emails using proven sales scripts.
• Assist in training and supporting newer sales/front desk team members.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment.
• Participate in studio events, community networking, and promotions.
• Celebrate member milestones and help highlight our community on social media.
