Job summary

Club Pilates Ocala is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join our front desk team. This full‑time role blends friendly customer service with proactive sales, helping new and existing clients find memberships and services that fit their goals.

You will greet guests, schedule Intro Classes, follow up with leads, manage member accounts, and use ClubReady to track contacts. A positive, organized approach and a passion for health and wellness are essential for thriving in our fast‑paced studio.

• Sales experience or comfort discussing memberships and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
• Welcome new clients and help schedule Intro Classes for their first studio experience.
• Follow up with leads and guide them toward memberships that fit their goals.
• Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and private training packages.
• Help manage member accounts, including freezes, cancellations, and updates.
• Use ClubReady to track leads, notes, and tasks.
• Make daily follow‑up calls, texts, and emails using proven sales scripts.
• Assist in training and supporting newer sales/front desk team members.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment.
• Participate in studio events, community networking, and promotions.
• Celebrate member milestones and help highlight our community on social media.
• Use social media to showcase studio life, promotions, and events.

Location: Club Pilates – Ocala, FL

Hours: 30–35 hours per week

Compensation: Hourly + Commission
