Job summary

Encore Wellness Therapy in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Front Office/Customer Service Specialist to join a team that helps change lives through wellness programs. The role focuses on greeting members, check-ins/outs, payments, and scheduling, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30a to 4:30p.

CPR certification is preferred or obtainable after employment, and bilingual Spanish is required. The position offers health benefits after 60 days, PTO, life/AD&D insurance, 401(k) options after 90 days, and

Qualifications

• Medical or fitness front office experience highly preferred
• Fitness/Personal Training experience preferred
• Current CPR, or willingness to obtain while employed
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
• Bi-lingual, Spanish Required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine nature of visit to facility and process appropriately.
• Receive and process payments.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments and request transportation when appropriate.
• Process Physical Therapy referral authorizations.
• Answer the telephone with a friendly tone and appropriate greeting, transfer calls, take messages, and follow up with appropriate action.
• Inform our members about the wellness programs (in center & virtually) that are available to them.
• Sanitize to provide a clean and safe environment for members and staff.
• Assist with gym member check-ins.
• Guide new members through the process of logging into our virtual program (Wellness Everywhere).
