Encore Wellness in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a friendly Front Office/Customer Service Specialist to greet members, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle payments while delivering exemplary service. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm, with bilingual Spanish proficiency and good computer skills.

CPR certification is preferred and sponsorship is not required.

Formación

• Medical or fitness front office experience preferred.
• Fitness/Personal Training experience preferred.
• CPR certification now or willingness to obtain while employed.
• Good computer skills and basic office software literacy.
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Bi-lingual, Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and determine nature of visit to facility and process appropriately.
• Receive and process payments.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments and coordinate transportation when needed.
• Process Physical Therapy referral authorizations.
• Answer calls with friendly greeting, transfer and take messages if needed.
• Inform members about wellness programs available in center and virtually.
• Sanitize and maintain a clean, safe environment for members and staff.
• Assist with gym member check-ins and guide members through Wellness Everywhere.
