Encore Wellness is seeking a friendly Front Office Specialist in Whittier, CA. The role greets members, checks in/out, and handles clerical tasks with a customer-first mindset. The position is part-time and temporary, starting 8/3/2026 and ending around 10/9/2026.

The ideal candidate has front office experience, strong computer skills, and can communicate in Spanish. This role requires US work authorization and offers a competitive hourly rate with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine the nature of their visit and process accordingly.

• Process referral authorizations.
• Answer calls with a friendly greeting; transfer as needed and take messages.
