Wesley Woods Senior Living in Newnan, GA is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to plan, implement, and oversee a broad wellness program for residents across Personal Care, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. You will lead a team and volunteers to deliver activities that engage body, mind, and spirit.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing staff and volunteers, and maintaining resident directories while aligning programs with community needs and quality of life

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, physical fitness, recreation therapy, art therapy, or related field, or three years of related experience.
• Must have competency in data collection and exceptional computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and publishing is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Plans and develops wellness activities across seven wellness components.
• Coordinates and communicates upcoming activities via newsletters, calendars, and bulletin boards.
• Recruits, trains, and recognizes volunteers; oversees volunteer opportunities.
• Provides required office support and maintains resident directories and consents.
• Supervises personnel activities including performance reviews and training.
• Coordinates transportation schedules and supervises vehicle operators.
• Adheres to Wesley Woods standards and participates in required trainings.
• Pursues training opportunities to keep the wellness program current.
• Collaborates with Personal Care and other care levels to tailor activities.
• Collects data for corporate wellness initiatives and reports on outcomes.
• Includes special projects and other duties as assigned.
