Job summary

Wesley Woods Senior Living in North Georgia seeks an Executive Director to lead a large, complex senior living community, ensuring person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance.

The role requires Georgia LNHA licensure, strategic planning with the board and foundation, staff development, and community relations. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with room for growth and mission-driven impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field required or strong equiv.
• Must hold a current, active Georgia LNHA license and be in good standing with the Georgia Board of Long-Term Care Facility Administrators.
• Seven or more years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, hospitality, long term care or related field. CCRC/Life plan exp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops long-term and short-term strategic plans for the community.
• Oversees day-to-day administrative and management functions including dining, physical plant, and resident programs.
• Develops and manages operating and capital budgets with governance and regulatory approvals.
• Leads staffing of 100-150 employees and ensures staff development.
• Maintains relationships with Advisory Board, Foundation, donors and community groups.
• Implements corporate policies, safety, risk management, and financial controls.
• Oversees construction/repair of capital improvements as needed.
• Provides reports and documentation to senior staff and boards.
