Job summary

Wesley Woods Senior Living in Atlanta seeks an Executive Director to lead a large senior living community, including CCRC components. You will manage program operations, compliance, budget, and fundraising while guiding staff and engaging with donors and civic leaders.

The role requires a GA LNHA license, a Bachelor's in a related field (Master’s preferred), and 7+ years of senior living leadership. A strong commitment to person-centered care and mission-driven service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Must hold Georgia LNHA license and be in good standing.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in senior living, hospitality, long-term care or related.
• Experience with a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) or Life plan community preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel for off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan long- and short-term strategic plans for the community.
• Operate the community ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
• Develop operating and capital budgets and monitor revenue/expenses.
• Manage 100–150 staff with effective leadership.
• Cultivate relationships with community leaders and donors.
• Implement policies on safety, risk, finance, HR and fundraising.
• Oversee construction and capital improvements as needed.
• Provide reports to senior staff and maintain documentation.
• Pursue ongoing professional development.
• Demonstrate professional standards in all duties.
