Job summary

Eagle Senior Living is seeking a Director of Lifestyles to lead our wellness and activities team. You will oversee exercise classes, motivational programs, wellness education, and social activities for residents, reporting to the Executive Director and guiding staff recruitment, training, and supervision.

The role emphasizes program development, budget planning, and cross-department collaboration to ensure high-quality resident experiences across independent living, assisted living, and memory

Qualifications

• Leadership and motivational skills.
• Experience supervising staff and volunteers.
• Ability to develop and evaluate therapeutic programs for residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and evaluate programs for physical, spiritual, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
• Develop and maintain the monthly activities schedule and community newsletter.
• Coordinate services with other resident teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and professional standards.
• Supervise volunteers and coordinate safe transportation services.
• Participate in community committees as directed by the Executive Director.
• Develop departmental budget, forecasts, and staffing plans; manage variances.
