Job summary

The Willows of Easley is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to lead activity programs for our Assisted Living residents, supporting wellness and a vibrant lifestyle. This role reports to the Executive Director and emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered programming.

You will create balanced activities, manage calendars, budgets, and volunteers, and work closely with leadership and families to ensure meaningful experiences for residents seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Services, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, or Art Therapy desired.
• Must complete required state trainings for Life Enrichment Directors.
• Minimum of one year working with the senior population.
• Strong organization and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate activity programs to promote resident wellness.
• Maintain monthly activity calendars and manage budget and supplies.
• Coordinate transportation and volunteer programs.
• Support Sales Team with community marketing and tours.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and Resident Council on programming.
