Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of oil & gas inspection/operations experience; well-site leadership required.
• Current well control certificate (IADC) required.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with WellView and regulatory safety standards.

• Follow safe operating practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the company representative on the well site, overseeing all personnel.
• Assist in engineering design of completion programs and fracture treatments.
• Ensure workover/completion operations follow best practices and company standards.
• Provide detailed reports to engineers via software like WellView.
• Monitor AFEs and expenditures; justify and track costs.
• Review daily production for optimization and support engineering teams.
