Job summary

WCL Group seeks a Well Site Manager II for a Tioga, ND on-site leadership role. You will oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and field operations, while guiding completion and fracture treatment activities with engineers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in oil & gas, an engineering degree preferred, and an IADC Well Control certificate. Expect a 14 days on/14 days off rotation and strong interaction with contractor crews on location.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oil & Gas operations experience with well-site leadership
• Engineering degree preferred; significant hands-on completions/workover experience
• Current well control certificate (IADC) required
• Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
• Assist in engineering design of completion programs and fracture treatments
• Provide timely reports to engineers via WellView and other software
• Monitor AFEs, expenditures, and production optimization daily
• Represent the company on site with contractors and third parties
