Job summary

WCL Group is seeking a Reliability Operator III for an oil and gas facility in Minot, North Dakota. You will monitor and optimize reliability of production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform planned maintenance to keep operations safe and efficient.

This one-year contract offers full benefits, a 4 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule, and potential extension or conversion to full-time. Candidates should have 2–5 years of oil and gas experience, strong mechanical skills, and solid HSE knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of oil and gas facility experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and SIMOPS.
• Ability to perform startup/shutdown of wellhead platforms and CPP.
• Proficient with maintenance planning and equipment inspections.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and restore operations.
• Perform routine safety equipment inspections.
• Participate in emergency response.
• Execute planned maintenance on process systems.
• Support SIMOPS and safe work practices.
• Startup/shutdown at WHP and CPP under varying conditions.
• Assist other trades as needed.
