Job summary

Energy Job Shop is seeking an experienced Well Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Bakken oilfield well sites in Minot, North Dakota. You will provide direct on-site leadership to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional operational performance for a Fortune 100 oil and gas company.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of hands-on completions/workover experience, a current IADC Well Control certificate, and strong communication and supervisory skills.

• 8–10 years of inspection/operations experience in oil & gas, specifically as a well site leader or company man.
• Current IADC Well Control certificate.
• Hands-on completions/workover experience; degree in engineering preferred but not required.

This company is seeking experienced Well Site Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at oil and gas well sites in Minot, North Dakota. The role involves direct leadership on site, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence for a Fortune 100 Oil and Gas Company. Ideal candidates will have significant hands‑on experience in completions and workover operations, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

What You’ll Need

• 8–10 years of inspection/operations experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically as a well site leader or company man
• Current well control certificate (IADC)
• Strong hands‑on completions/workover experience (degree in engineering preferred but not required)
• Experience with completion operations including wireline, fishing, pressure pumping, TCP, and pump‑down operations
• Proficiency with reporting systems such as WellView
• Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA Health & Safety regulations
• Familiarity with area/regional regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent management, supervisory, and communication skills
