Job summary

WCL Group in the United States seeks experienced Drilling Consultants to support a Fortune 100 oil and gas company as Drill Site Representative in the Permian Basin or Bakken. You will lead wellsite operations for unconventional shale drilling, ensuring safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.

The role requires extensive drilling experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

10+ years of oil and gas drilling experience, including supervising unconventional drilling operations.
Proven leadership of diverse field teams with a strong safety and performance culture.
Demonstrated procedural discipline, risk management, and Stop Work Authority leadership.
Valid Well Control Certification; IADC Well Control Training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

Lead wellsite operations for unconventional drilling to ensure safety and efficiency.
Support a Fortune 100 oil and gas company as Drill Site Representative.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Coordinate with field crews and management to optimize performance.
