Job summary

Energy Job Shop is seeking an experienced Well Site Manager in Tioga, ND. You will lead day-to-day operations on the well site, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance in a Fortune 100 oil and gas environment.

The role requires a proven track record in well site leadership, with hands-on completions experience, strong supervisory abilities, and fluency with reporting systems. This is a high-responsibility contract position supporting a major operator.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of inspection/operations experience in Oil & Gas as well site leader or company man.
• Current IADC Well Control Certificate.
• Hands-on completions/workover experience.
• Proficiency with WellView and reporting systems.
• Strong leadership, management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA Health & Safety regulations.

The role involves leading all day-to-day operations on the well site, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proven well site leader with extensive oilfield experience and strong supervisory skills.

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of inspection/operations experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically as a well site leader or company man
• Current well control certificate (IADC)

• Ability to walk approximately 10,000 steps per day on site
