You will lead offshore/on-site teams, select equipment, and develop robust completion programs. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in well completions, expertise in complex completions, and strong knowledge of downhole tools and artificial lift systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 8+ years in well completion engineering in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with complex completions (multilateral, intelligent).
• Knowledge of downhole tools and cementing practices.
• Familiar with artificial lift systems.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored well completion strategies for reservoirs.
• Select completion equipment incl. tubing, packers, valves.
• Develop completion programs ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Supervise on-site completion operations.
• Perform wellbore integrity analysis and remediation.
• Plan diagnostics and intervention operations.
• Conduct post-completion performance analyses.
• Collaborate with drilling, reservoir, and production engineers.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
