Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum five years' experience in completion operations and stimulation.
• Willingness to travel and drive as required.
• Able to work varied schedules in dynamic environments.
• Pre-employment background and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement completion designs and procedures that maximize well productivity.
• Plan and optimize completion strategies for development and exploration.
• Oversee daily execution of completion operations within budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with drilling, production, reservoir, and field engineers to optimize performance.
• Prepare and review AFEs, manage capital expenditures and track costs within budget.
• Ensure all completion activities comply with policies, regulations, and standards.
• PromoteContinental’s safety culture by integrating safety into completion operations.
• Lead change management and adopt new technologies and best practices.
• Mentor early career engineers and field teams; analyze data for improvements.
