• Experience with coiled tubing, wireline, and other intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute drilling, completion, and workover programs.
• Develop well programs, including casing design, cementing, stimulation, and equipment selection.
• Supervise drilling and completion operations on-site, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Manage service company performance and contract execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and final well reports, documenting operational progress and challenges.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for well operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor well performance and provide technical support for production optimization.
• Manage well operations budget and control costs effectively.
• Participate in post-job reviews to identify lessons learned and improvements.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising well operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience and a strong understanding of drilling technologies and operational challenges.
