Job summary

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or 2-year training with 10+ years of relevant experience, or HS Diploma with 12+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information on this program/contract.
• Ability to collect and analyze production or quality data for problem solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting production environments and working with operators and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and equipment disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to production, responding to quality and process disruptions.
• Respond rapidly to quality issues and work stoppages on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process interruptions to maintain flow and reduce downtime.
• Provide real-time technical support to operators and leaders during shifts.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, EH&S, and engineering to resolve issues.
• Lead or support root cause investigations for production issues and yield losses.
• Support corrective and preventive action implementation and verification.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and enhance utilization.
• Support process development, trials, and qualification activities.
