RTX is hiring an onsite supervisor in the Hole Drill unit at Pratt & Whitney in Asheville, NC. You will provide daily leadership, manage projects, and coordinate schedules to meet customer and production demands.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, safety, and adherence to the Standard Production System. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least two years in manufacturing leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 2 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction to employees and lead engagement and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform daily supervisor responsibilities, project management, and effective communication with the team.
• Establish schedules and monthly delivery plans that align with customer needs and finances.
• Drive a strong problem-solving culture and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure quality, productivity, and process flow meet MRP requirements and customer happiness.
