Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Engineering problem-solving, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, or production support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage corrective actions, QN, and Cost of Poor Quality initiatives; drive root-cause investigations.
• Develop Class II engineering change packages using Pro-Cert methodology and data-driven decisions.
• Serve as SME for assigned airfoil part families and engine hardware; prevent repeat QNs and support investigations.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, procurement, suppliers, and SMEs to resolve production issues and drive timely closure.
• Present technical status and recommendations to CIPTs, leadership, and program management.
