Crenlo Engineered Cabs is seeking a Welder 3 to join the Manual Weld team. You will plan, position, and weld fabricated components for roll over/fall over structures, following blueprints and weld procedures, including full-penetration and high-critical joints.

The role requires 6GR certification and ongoing training responsibilities. The job involves setting up equipment, inspecting work, mentoring new welders, and supporting safety improvements while meeting customer quality standards in a

Qualifications

• Must have AWS/ANSI welding certs.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Proficient in converting metric and standard units; strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Produces a product to customer quality standards in a safe and efficient manner.
• Lays out, positions, bolts, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure into position within fixture for welding.
• Sets up and makes adjustments to equipment and parts per blueprints.
• Performs welding responsibilities on product outlined in Blueprints; OPI's, Quality Manual, or any additional performance guidelines.
• Grinds excess welds and sharp edges for quality and safety.
• Provides mentorship to new welders and assists in training requirements.
