Job summary

Pomeroy in Bothell, WA seeks a Senior Service Delivery Technician to plan, manage, and produce live events for streaming broadcasts, delivering outstanding virtual and hybrid meeting support.

You will oversee the full event lifecycle from planning to post-analysis, work with Teams and other platforms, provide on-site and remote support for executives, and collaborate with internal clients. 5 days on-site with occasional after-hours travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must plan and organize events with strong business sense.
• Thrive in evolving environments and couple with executives.
• Experience with video production and AV tech is required.
• Proficiency with event software and video editing tools.
• On-site presence in Bothell, WA is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of events from planning to post-event analysis.
• Provide white-glove support for virtual and hybrid meetings.
• Operate production and direction duties for events.
• Coordinate with internal clients and senior leadership.
• Manage projects using Agile methodology.
• Work with on-site video conferencing hardware and MS Teams Rooms.
• Occasional travel up to 20% and 5 days on-site per week.
