Job summary

RUN Studios in Seattle, WA is seeking an enthusiastic Live Producer to join its in-house team of digital media storytellers. The role bridges clients and the production team, requiring strong client management, project management, and full-cycle video content creation.

This is a 3-month contract with potential extension to full-time. You’ll plan, coordinate, and execute pre- and post-production, manage budgets and schedules, shoot in studio or on location, and lead a team to deliver on time, on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in all aspects of video production.
• Experience producing live broadcasts.
• Proven track record of delivering media projects on time, on budget and on strategy.
• Experience leading a team of creatives including live-action crews, editors, animators and motion designers.

Responsibilities

• Manage broadcast events and live shoots from kick-off to final delivery, from small to large scale campaigns.
• Serve as the primary client contact, guiding pre-production and managing expectations during production.
• Track project progress and raise concerns as needed.
• Communicate status, schedule changes, and technical details to clients and internal teams.
• Hire freelance talent, vendors, and production crews; organize crew schedules and manage contracts, waivers, invoices, and releases.
• Create and track actuals of project budgets.
• Organize project assets and data management.
