Responsibilities

• Ensure technical readiness and flawless run-of-show for all events.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality live experiences.
• Develop and maintain production kits, templates, runbooks, and self-service tools.
• Manage demos, tabletop capture, hybrid events, livestreams, and launches.
• Partner with studio and operations teams to prepare spaces, systems, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during productions.
• Continuously improve production processes for speed, reliability, and scalability.
